Florida man who spat on Florida man with MAGA hat gets jail time: report

A Florida man who was arrested last October now faces 90 days in jail after pleading no contest to battery charges from when he spat on another Florida man who was wearing a pro-Trump MAGA hat.

Matthias Ajple, 43, made the plea and was found guilty and sentenced Thursday to 90 days in the Indian River County Jail as well as to have no further contact with the victim and pay the victim $155 plus probation , according to the report from Newsweek.
